Review Author Notes (1-6-24): We’ve got so much going on here at “Drat & Cat Suggest”, and with Hillary and I being the only staff (and a certain staff member sleeps two-thirds of every day) I’ve decided to give “Neon Shadows” a preliminary “Thumbs Up” rating given the strength & depth of the materials of “Neon Shadows” provided me by @corrosivesquid of “Lost Guide Games” & @Empathic_Grimm of “Grimpathic Games” and because “Neon Shadows has just come out and I don’t want anyone to delay purchasing what looks to be a very unique and creative game on our account.
